We just want to report to the BBB a VERY positive experience from retaining Joseph "Mick" Dunlap and his Weather All Roofing, Inc. to re-roof our S/F home in Winter Park Pines. We got 3 estimates from well-regarded roofers...we chose Weather All because of Mick's clear attention to details and perceived expertise. The bids were comparable for comparable products.

I had managed foreclosed properties for a major bank (in SunTrust's HQ) some years back, and I financed hundreds of millions of dollars of new commercial and residential construction, so I have a pretty good feel for and experience with contractors.

We (my parents) have owned this home since 1966...some prior re-roof jobs had been underwhelming, even negligent. Mick had his guys strip the roof down to the boards which revealed rotted wood that likely should have been replaced back in 2005 after the storms, when a less thorough job had been done by another roofing company, based in Sanford.

Mr. Dunlap's people were prompt, polite, responsive, attentive, and minor issues were dealt with promptly. The finished product (a top line, special order architectural shingle) simply looks GREAT. We would readily and enthusiastically recommend Mick Dunlap and Weather All Roofing to others.
