has inspected and worked on thousands of roofs in his career. He has trained hundreds of workers and was an early pioneer in Modified Bitumen systems when they came to Florida in the 1980's. His desire to see the craftsmanship sometimes lost in roofing lead him to form Weather All Roofing, Inc.  The
